“Pro-Tech Fire Inc completes an annual fire inspection of our residential rental property and restaurant. What impressed me first, was that my call to the technician, Kanan, was answered immediately. I wanted to schedule an inspection and he told me that Cynthia, from the office, would be in touch. A date was set and Kanan was there on time. The inspection was done and outlined the discrepancies that needed fixing and arranged to come back in 2 days with the parts in order to complete the job.A written report of our conversation was emailed that same day. Once the fixes were made I received a very thorough report and inspection certificate.I was extremely impressed by the professionalism of this company. In the12 years we have had inspections, nothing has compared to how the Pro-Tech Fire company operates.
